Hill Country live oak — why it burns better
Live oak is one of the densest hardwoods in Central Texas. It burns hot, produces minimal smoke, and holds coals long after the flame dies down — which is exactly what you want for a fire pit, smoker, or outdoor fireplace. We source it locally from our property in Dripping Springs, and it's split and seasoned before it reaches you.
What's in a bundle
Each bundle is enough for a solid evening fire. Grab two or three if you're planning a longer burn or stocking up for the season. We also accommodate larger orders — just note it when you place your order. Pickup is at our ranch in Dripping Springs on your selected day.
Why buy local firewood
Moving firewood long distances can transport invasive pests and beetles that damage Texas trees. Buying local keeps that risk low — and our wood came from right here in Hays County. It's seasoned in the same climate it'll burn in.
